Inspirational volunteers journeys provides personal development through volunteering for B&ME leaders and managers who want to 'give something back' to their countries of origin. We match the skills of the diaspora to the needs of developing countries to tackle poverty and build capacity overseas and in the UK. We support the personal development of B&ME leaders and managers through a combination of accredited leadership training and strategic level assignments in Africa and the Caribbean. We are a not-for-profit company which celebrates the talent of B&ME leaders and supports international development in Zimbabwe, Jamaica, The Windward Islands and Nigeria. |
