Sector champions for Equality and Diversity The Network for Black Professionals and The Women's Leadership Network are teaming up to showcase an unmissable diversity conference.

The learning and skills sector needs all the talent available to meet current and future challenges, and yet black and ethnic minorities and women continue to be under-represented at the top.

This key event will focus on encouraging and supporting more women and BME professionals into senior leadership roles. Principals, governors and managers leading on equality and diversity will learn how to achieve a more diverse workforce through encouraging under-represented groups to aim high.
